About the Job
En tant que conseiller clientèle, vous êtes le premier point de contact des clients VIVAQUA (service des eaux à Bruxelles).Votre objectif est d’offrir une expérience client claire, professionnelle et rassurante.
En tant que conseiller clientèle, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux e-mails (chat possible à terme)
- Informer et accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches
- Rassurer les clients en cas de problème (factures, fuites, etc.)
- Proposer certaines offres de manière proactive pendant les échanges
Your Profile
Nous recherchons deux types de profils :
- Profil francophone : français courant indispensable
- Profil bilingue FR/NL : français + néerlandais fortement souhaité
Compétences attendues :
- Vous êtes communicatif(ve), empathique et orienté(e) client
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique
- Vous savez gérer plusieurs outils en même temps
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe

What We Offer
Salaire brut mensuel : entre 2.336 € et 2.820 €
- Prime linguistique : 72 € brut/mois
- Chèques-repas : 6 €/jour presté (après 65 jours)
- Écochèques
- Remboursement transport :100% train et 80% tram / bus
- Indemnité télétravail : 2,23 €/jour
- Formation complète au début du contrat
- Horaires fixes : lundi à vendredi, 8h30 – 17h30
- Possibilité de contrat fixe après période intérim réussie
