Voor onze klant, gelegen in een filevrije omgeving, zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative.
Het takenpakket is zeer afwisselend:
- Contacten met klanten, het magazijn, de transporteurs, ... onderhouden;
- Het opmaken van prijslijsten en offertes;
- Orders ingeven in het systeem;
- Dossierbeheer;
- ...
Your Profile
Wij zoeken een customer service medewerker die:
- Een bachelor denk- en werkniveau heeft;
- Ervaring heeft in een logistieke/ supply chain functie;
- Een zeer goede kennis NL/EN/FR heeft (geschreven én gesproken);
- Goed met Excel kan werken;
- Collegiaal is;
- Zelfredzaam is (er is niet altijd tijd voor een grondige uitleg);
- Graag wil bijleren, gedreven is;
- Goed kan omgaan met een hogere werkdruk;
- Over eigen vervoer beschikt.
