- Act as the main point of contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers
- Resolve issues and answer questions with clear follow-up
- Improve service quality by gathering feedback and spotting inefficiencies
- Support payment processes and handle invoice-related queries
- Clarify tax-related topics together with the credit team
- Manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Identify opportunities and take initiative to improve processes
Your Profile
This is you:
- Speak fluent Turkish, Bulgarian, and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bring experience in a customer-focused role
- Work in a structured and accurate way, always one step ahead
- Stay calm under pressure with a practical mindset
- Handle tasks independently with confidence
- Show a proactive, curious, and service-oriented attitude
