- Dagelijks plannen van LCL en FCL zendingen;
- Contact opnemen met externe transporteurs;
- Berekening van kosten verbonden aan het transport;
- Administratie zoals facturatie, track & Trace en douaneformaliteiten opmaken
- Input van zendingen in het bedrijfseigen systeem;
- Geven van instructies aan onderaannemers;
- ....
Kortom, jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks efficiënt inplannen van opdrachten zowel nationaal als internationaal.
Your Profile
Als transportplanner vink je volgend lijstje af:
- ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie is een vereiste
- Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Ervaring met Cargowise en Microsoft Office
- Communicatieve skills en zelfredzaamheid
