Customer Service Representative

You operate at the intersection of customer expectations, commercial objectives, and operational processes within an international environment. You take ownership, identify opportunities, and translate ideas into concrete actions.

• Act as the main point of contact for our Turkish and Bulgarian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure accurate follow-up
• Enhance service quality by gathering feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and clearly communicating our processes to customers
• Safeguard financial flows by supporting payment follow-up, handling invoice-related queries, and clarifying tax matters in collaboration with our credit team
• Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing shifting priorities with a strong attention to detail

This is you:

• Fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian, and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Experienced in a customer-focused role
• Structured, accurate, and always one step ahead
• Calm under pressure, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently
• Proactive, curious, and naturally service-oriented
