Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en klaar om een team om te motiveren? Dan ben jij de Assistant Storemanager dat we zoeken voor ons filiaal te Wilrijk!
Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
- Je coacht en stuurt een team van drie winkelmedewerkers aan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen afdeling (witgoed, overige elektro of kassa).
- Je beheert de stock en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel dagelijks vlot en efficiënt draait.
- Je analyseert de verkoopcijfers en KPI’s en stuurt bij waar nodig om de doelstellingen te behalen.
- Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de winkel.
Your Profile
Jij vinkt volgende zaken af:
- Je hebt minstens twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring; ervaring in retail is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, werkt graag met targets en hebt een goed inzicht in verkoopresultaten.
- Je staat open voor een uitgebreide opleiding en bent bereid om hiervoor tijdelijk naar Frankrijk of Oostende te gaan.

What We Offer
Wat krijg je in de plaats?
- Een aantrekkelijk loon tussen €2.450 en €3.000 bruto per maand.
