Voor onze vestiging in Grobbendonk zoeken we een Inside Sales Specialist die opportuniteiten niet laat liggen, maar ze actief omzet in orders. Jij combineert commercieel inzicht met een gestructureerde manier van werken en bent een cruciale schakel tussen klant, buitendienst en interne teams.

- Je volgt offertes en opportuniteiten actief op via mail en telefoon en stuurt klanten doelgericht richting een beslissing.
- Je neemt volledig eigenaarschap over je dossiers: van aanvraag tot bevestigd order.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en neemt zelf initiatief om klanten verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je adviseert klanten en denkt mee in oplossingen, alternatieven en commerciële optimalisaties.
- Je beheert meerdere dossiers tegelijk zonder het overzicht te verliezen en vertaalt afspraken correct naar concrete orders.
- Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en stuurt zelfstandig bij waar nodig.
- Je stemt af met interne diensten over prijzen, levertermijnen en haalbaarheid en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking in het systeem.

- Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en collega’s, wat leidt tot snellere beslissingen en vlotte samenwerking.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en commercieel mee met de klant.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans om Franstalige klanten vlot te ondersteunen.
