Customer Service Medewerker | HR & Horeca
Voor een bedrijf actief in HR- en personeelsoplossingen voor horecabedrijven zoeken we een Customer Service Medewerker die klanten en collega’s ondersteunt met advies, administratie en digitale tools.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je helpt klanten, collega’s en uitzendkrachten verder met vragen rond sociale wetgeving, administratie en digitale systemen.
- Je beantwoordt vragen via mail en telefoon.
- Je ondersteunt klanten bij het gebruik van online tools en platformen.
- Je volgt administratie en debiteuren mee op.
- Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen en efficiëntere processen.
Kortom: een afwisselende functie waarin administratie, klantencontact en probleemoplossend denken samenkomen.
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt al een eerste relevante ervaring (bv. customer service, uitzendsector, consultancy…)
- Je hebt interesse en ervaring in sociale wetgeving en HR
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan klanten ook goed verder helpen in het Frans
- Je bent digitaal sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan
- Je bent klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen
- Interesse in horeca? Mooie plus!
