About the Job
Als Store Manager sta je in voor de verkoop en de vlotte dagelijkse werking van het filiaal. Hierin ben je verantwoordelijk voor een professioneel en warm onthaal van de klant. Door goed te luisteren, kan je de behoeftes van de klant detecteren en ben je in staat op eerlijk en correct advies te geven aan de klant.
Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:
- Sterke verkoopresultaten in het filiaal
- De klanttevredenheid in het filiaal
- Een goede werkplanning en organisatie in het filiaal
