Wil jij jouw technische kennis combineren met een commerciële rol in een internationale context? Voor een innovatieve speler in connectoren en power supplies zoeken wij een gedreven Technical Inside Sales Specialist.
Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technologie, klantgerichtheid en maatwerk centraal staan, en waar je actief meewerkt aan oplossingen binnen o.a. industriële automatisering en e-mobility.
Jouw takenpakket
Als Technical Inside Sales ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne teams:
- Je fungeert als eerste contactpersoon voor klanten via mail en telefoon
- Je analyseert en verwerkt inkomende aanvragen en leads op een gestructureerde manier
- Je vertaalt technische vragen naar concrete en klantgerichte oplossingen
- Je ondersteunt sales engineers bij lopende projecten
- Je maakt prijsberekeningen en offertes op en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging
- Je staat in nauw contact met leveranciers om de juiste technische oplossingen te garanderen
Your Profile
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die techniek en sales vlot weet te combineren:
- Bachelor in een technische en/of commerciële richting
- Interesse of kennis van elektrotechniek en toepassingen
- Sterke communicatieve skills en een klantgerichte mindset
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en planmatig
- Je kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en houdt steeds het overzicht
- Proactieve houding en zin om mee te bouwen aan oplossingen
