- Bedient en beheerst zelfstandig het operationele en voorbereidende case packer-werk
- Rapporteert aan de ploegverantwoordelijke
- Waarborgt naleving van GMP-normen rond voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid
- Volgt instructies en procedures correct op volgens PO’s, stapelfiches en planning
- Verantwoordelijk voor productomschakelingen en wissels in het sas, inclusief ombouw van palletiser en sluitmachines
- Signaleert proactief mogelijke problemen en meldt deze tijdig
- Lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en ondersteunt waar nodig
- Werkt nauw samen met collega’s, ook shiftoverstijgend, voor een vlotte overdracht
- Draagt bij aan het opleiden en coachen van medewerkers
