Voor onze klant in Oevel, actief in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde operator die mee instaat voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.
Wat zijn jouw taken als operator?
- Omschakeling van product en smaakwissels zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid
- In samenspraak met de lijnverantwoordelijke zet jij de inpakkers aan de juiste lijn
- Controle van de inpakmaterialen alsook het transport naar andere inpaklijnen
- Registeren van productiegegevens op de correcte manier
- Coachen van inpakkers
Your Profile
- Ervaring met productieprocessen in de voeding is een plus, maar geen vereiste
- Je denkt logisch en technisch mee over het productieproces en stelt verbeteringen voor
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling (instructies geven) als schriftelijk (rapportages)
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en pakt je werk doelgericht aan
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid
