- Je hebt ervaring als teamleader/supervisor binnen een productieomgeving
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen
- Je maakt je snel vertrouwd met producten, grondstffen en verpakkingsmaterialen
- Je beschikt over vlotte computervaardigheden en leert snel nieuwe software aan
- Je communiceert duidelijk en motiverend
- Je hebt een goede kennis van voedselveiligheid , kwaliteit, hygiene en milieu
