In deze rol word jij het technisch aanspreekpunt voor herstellingen en installaties en help je mee complexe producten correct te installeren en onderhouden.
Wat ga je doen?
- Als technisch specialist zorg je voor de correcte werking van verschillende installaties en producten:
- Uitvoeren van interne herstellingen en technische interventies
- Installeren van grotere en complexere producten bij klanten in de Benelux (en sporadisch daarbuiten)
- Diagnose stellen en oplossen van technische storingen
- Ondersteuning bieden aan klanten, partners en interne teams bij technische vragen
- Uitgroeien tot het technisch kenniscentrum binnen het bedrijf
Je combineert dus praktisch technisch werk met advies en ondersteuning.
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een servicegerichte technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Heb je 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een technische of servicefunctie
- Heb je een goede basis mechanica en elektriciteit
- Kan je elektrische schema’s lezen
- Werk je klantgericht en communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans en Duits is zeker een plus!
Er is bovendien ruimte om de producten en systemen grondig te leren kennen via interne opleiding.
