About the Job
Je staat bij onze klant in voor de retours afdeling , je werkt in het magazijn bij onze klant en staat vaak in contact met customer service en de logistieke afdeling.
je helpt collega's in het magazijn voor ontvangst van leveringen en uitsortering van goederen.
je zal goederen uitpakken, karton en plastic verwijderen
Wat je dagelijks zal doen:
- aannemen en uitpakken van de goederen in retour
- kwaliteitscontrole om te checken of de klant een nieuw productie nodig heeft of een herstel (wordt aangeleerd)
- de nodige stappen verwerken in het daartoe voorziene computerprogramma (klachten registreren, opstarten van vervangorders
- Verzenden van retourzendingen naar de juiste bestemming
- Uitvoeren van value added logistics (sets samenstellen, order pick & pack, labeling, …)
- Permanentie logistieke receptie, goederenontvangst en uitsorteren van goederen
Your Profile
Wat zoekt onze klant in zijn medewerker retours:
- secuur werken moet je beste kwaliteit zijn
- hands-on: letterlijk handen uit de mouwen willen steken
- terug kunnen blikken op een ervaring in inpak en productieomgeving
- ervaring met kleine admin taken (in een ERP programma)

Een heftruck- of reachtruckattest is een pluspunt om je collega's in de logistiek bij te kunnen staan
