Als ploegbaas ccontainer repair ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten binnen het team van de containerherstellers en koeltechniekers.
- Aansturen van de chauffeurs.
- rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijken containerafdeling.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken: schadebeheer, bestekken,...
- Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken.
- Onderhouden van functionele contacten met collega's.
Your Profile
Als container repair ploegbaas heb je een diploma secundair onderwijs me richring metaaltechnieken/ machine- en constructiebankwerker of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Verder zoeken we nog naar volgend profiel:
- Ervaring als leidinggevende.
- Technische kennis van containerhersteltechnieken.
- Administratieve kennis voor het begrijpen en invullen van allehande documenten.
- Communicatief sterk en contactvaar'dig.
- Open en eerlijke houding.
- Stressbestendig
