About the Job
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het volledige machinepark en de technische installaties. Je combineert preventief, predictief en curatief onderhoud met een proactieve mindset om storingen te voorkomen en processen te verbeteren.
Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:
- Uitvoeren van preventief en predictief onderhoud volgens planning
- Controleren, testen en afstellen van installaties na onderhoud
- Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen op een snelle en efficiënte manier
- Uitvoeren van metingen en controles (o.a. lagers, kleppen, lucht- en koelcircuits)
- Opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen en interventies
- Ondersteunen bij opstart en stillegging van productielijnen
- Ombouwen en fijn afstellen van machines bij productwissels
- Controleren en beheren van wisselstukken en onderdelen
Your Profile
Wat breng je mee?
- Sterke kennis in mechanica en pneumatica of elektriciteit en sturingen
- Basiskennis van andere technieken (lassen, draaien/frezen) is een plus
- Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware en MS Office
- Praktische vaardigheden met gereedschappen en meetapparatuur
- Ervaring met het bedienen en afstellen van productiemachines
- Heftruckervaring is een pluspunt
