Jouw taken
- Dagelijks klantencontact via mail en telefoon, met focus op snelle en duidelijke communicatie.
- Zendingen opvolgen van afhaling tot levering en iedereen op de hoogte houden.
- Problemen oplossen wanneer iets anders loopt dan gepland en rust brengen in de situatie.
- Schakelen met collega’s, andere afdelingen en het magazijn om dossiers vlot af te handelen.
- Indien nodig zelf naar het magazijn gaan om zendingen uit te klaren.
- Openstaande dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen zodat niets blijft liggen.
