About the Job
Ben jij administratief sterk, communicatief en hou je ervan om problemen op te lossen? Als Customer Service Medewerker Logistiek zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van zendingen en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, transport en interne diensten.
Je combineert klantencontact, administratie en operationele opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt blijft draaien binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en mail
- Opvolgen van zendingen van afhaling tot levering
- Proactief communiceren over lopende dossiers en transporten
- Oplossen van problemen en zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen
- Coördineren met collega’s, magazijn en andere afdelingen
- Opvolgen van openstaande dossiers en administratieve verwerking
- Mee ondersteunen bij operationele vragen vanuit het magazijn
- Zorgen voor een correcte en klantgerichte service
Kortom: een afwisselende functie waarin je continu schakelt, organiseert en oplossingen biedt.

- Eerste ervaring in customer service, logistiek, administratie of transport is een plus
- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Teamplayer met hands-on mentaliteit
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Goede mondelinge kennis Frans
