About the Job
Samen met je collega’s stel je zo efficiënt mogelijk zendingen en routes samen op basis van binnenkomende orders. Hierbij hou je rekening met de los- en laadplaatsen, de aard van de goederen en de bijhorende afmetingen.
- Je verzamelt transportopdrachten en alle benodigde informatie teneinde de opdracht correct en veilig te kunnen laten uitvoeren
- Je maakt een transport/routeplanning op voor de chauffeurs
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij mogelijke problemen rond defecten, schades of non-conformiteiten aan trekker, oplegger of vracht/goederen
- Je zorgt dat de chauffeurs alle nodige documenten hebben zodat ze alle opdrachten correct (administratief) kunnen afhandelen en de registratie van de ritten optimaal verloopt.
- Je informeert de klanten over de voortgang van de transport opdracht en eventuele non-conformiteiten. Samen met de klant zoek je naar oplossingen indien er zich problemen voordoen tijdens het laden, transporteren of lossen van de vracht/goederen.

- Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van Microsoft Office programma’s
- Ordelijk & teamspeler
- Je hebt kennis van wettelijke reglementeringen, wegcode en ladingzekering
- Geografische kennis (en oriëntatie vermogen) van België en naburige grensstreken
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
