Jouw taken
- Verwerken en opvolgen van transportopdrachten
- Controleren en aanvullen van klantgegevens
- Registreren van orders in het TMS (Qargo) en opmaken van documenten
- Informeren van klanten over de status van zendingen
- Up-to-date houden van dossiers en administratie
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, agenten en collega’s
Your Profile
Je kwaliteiten?
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Je kan goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen
- Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je spreekt naast Nederlands minstens 2 andere talen
- Kennis van logistiek, expeditiedocumenten en MS Office is een plus

- Een voltijdse job in dagdienst, waarbij je werkt tussen 08.30u - 16.30u
- Je werkt 38u/week waardoor je 20 vakantiedagen vrij kan inplannen
- Doorgroeimogelijkheiden tot bevrachter door interne en externe opleidingen
