Als junior dispatcher bij deze organisatie in Herentals ondersteun je de transportplanning en zorg je ervoor dat chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s vlot verder kunnen. Jij bent de schakel die alles draaiende houdt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de transportafdeling
- Mee opvolgen en bijsturen van de planning
- Leverbonnen verwerken en vrachten opvolgen
- Chauffeurs en klanten te woord staan bij vragen of problemen
- Telefonie, mailboxbeheer en rapportering van basisgegevens
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je blijft rustig en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel
- Je bent flexibel en staat open voor een tweeploegenstelsel
Ervaring in transport of logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Goesting om bij te leren en door te groeien wél.
