About the Job
We gaan op zoek naar een Dispatcher voor onze klant in Herentals. jij vormt de schakel tussen onze klanten en chauffeurs. Je zorgt niet alleen voor een vlotte planning, maar ook voor tevreden chauffeurs én tevreden klanten.
Zo ziet jouw dag eruit
- Je plant nationale distributieritten in.
- Je houdt rekening met klantwensen, vlootcapaciteit en rij- en rusttijden.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en begeleidt hen in hun werk.
- Je werkt samen met externe transporteurs en collega’s van het sales- en kaai/laadteam.
- Je anticipeert op onvoorziene omstandigheden en denkt oplossingsgericht.
- Je rapporteert aan onze Transport Manager.
Your Profile
Wat jij meebrengt als Dispatcher:
- Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als transportplanner of dispatcher.
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands (Frans = grote plus)
- Je bent een kei in plannen, organiseren en multitasken.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert snel met onze ERP-, TMS- en WMS-systemen.
- Ervaring met PTV is een mooie bonus.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en proactief.
