About the Job
Ben je sterk in planning en organisatie?
Samen met de andere collega's ben je verantwoordelijk om het administratieve logistieke gebeuren van ons bedrijf in goede banen te leiden.
Je zorgt voor de opmaak van de planning van onze leveranciers die komen leveren en begeleid chauffeurs naar de juiste poort, helpt met documenten, etc...
Je spreekt rechtstreeks met onze leveranciers en met onze dienst aankoop.
Je zorgt voor de opvolging en registratie van de klachten.
Je zorgt dat bestellingen tijdig geboekt worden.
Je bent back-up voor de logistieke mailbox en voorraadbeheer.
Your Profile
Je hebt relevante werkervaring in de verschillende facetten van logistiek (planning, stock...)
Sterk in plannen en organiseren
Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed omgaan met deadlines.
Goede kennis van office (excel, word)
woordje Frans is nodig voor ontvangen chauffeurs en leveranciers
