Als Logistiek Coördinator Zeevracht zorg je ervoor dat internationale transporten vlot verlopen. Je beheert dossiers van begin tot einde en houdt altijd het overzicht. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, transporteurs en interne teams.
Jouw taken
- Beheer van import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z
- Organiseren en opvolgen van transporten (zee- en natransport)
- Coördineren van magazijnactiviteiten zoals lossen, opslag en belading
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, rederijen en collega’s
- Opmaken en controleren van transport- en douanedocumenten
- Opvolgen van zendingen en oplossen van problemen
- Verwerken van kosten en facturatie
- Rapporteren over lopende dossiers en prestaties
Your Profile
- Eerste ervaring in freight forwarding of logistiek
- Kennis van importprocessen (export is een plus)
- Basiskennis douane is mooi meegenomen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je communiceert vlot en schakelt snel
- Je blijft kalm onder druk
- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
