- Centrale rol in voorbereidingsfase renovatieprojecten.
- Opstellen kostprijsberekeningen op basis van kennis, inschattingsvermogen en commercieel inzicht.
- Grondige analyse van lastenboeken en dossiers.
- Contact opnemen met architecten en besturen voor aanvullende informatie.
- Prijzen opvragen, opvolgen en interpreteren bij onderaannemers en leveranciers.
- Vergelijken bouwtechnische specificaties met eigen uitvoeringsmethoden.
- Zoeken naar alternatieve werkmethoden.
- Bijdragen aan commerciële en innovatieve kracht van de divisie.
Your Profile
- Gezocht: Ingenieur of Bachelor Bouwkunde met relevante ervaring.
- Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen is een pre.
- Sterke rekenkundige en analytische vaardigheden zijn essentieel.
- Stressbestendigheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk.
- Kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn cruciaal in goed onderbouwde dossiers.
- Vaardigheid in Word, Excel en Outlook vereist.
- Bereidheid om snel bedrijfsspecifieke software te leren.
