About the Job
Als Logistiek Coördinator zorg je voor een vlotte en veilige doorstroom van gasflessen. Je vormt de brug tussen de depots en klanten en draagt bij aan een optimale klantenervaring. Een dynamische rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid én menselijke interactie. Je werkt samen met/in het Benelux team, al zullen jouw voornaamste klanten zich voornamelijk in België bevinden.
Jouw taken samengevat:
- Je bent het centrale operationele aanspreekpunt voor onze depots.
- Je bent het eerste operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten na ondertekening van de leverovereenkomst voor alle logistiek-technische vragen.
- Je beheert en optimaliseert depotvoorraden, inclusief het opvolgen van stockverschillen.
- Je voert inventarissen uit en berekent de ideale voorraden op locatie.
- Je verzorgt de opstart en onboarding van nieuwe klanten, inclusief begeleiding bij hun eerste bestelling.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte werking van het scansysteem en coördineert tussen klanten en depots.
- Je lost proactief en reactief logistieke problemen op.
Your Profile
Als logistiek coordinator herken je jezelf in onderstaande omschrijving:
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma met logistieke afstudeerrichting
- Je hebt minimaal een eerste ervaring achter de rug richting coordinatie/planning binnen de logistieke sector, bij voorkeur met direct klantencontact
- Je bent een sterk organisatorisch talent en communiceert helder en proactief.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent oplossingsgericht.
- Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je bent empathisch maar met voldoende ruggengraat.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden (o.a. draaitabellen).
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en je trekt je plan in het Frans en Engels.
- Je standplaats is Berchem, maar je bent bereid om je wanneer nodig te verplaatsen naar klanten en depots en ook naar onze andere locaties in de Benelux.
