About the Job
Voor onze klant, een grote internationale speler gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen, kijkt Unique Maritiem uit naar een Transportplanner. Benieuwd naar de taken:
- Je onderhoudt het contact tussen de key accounts en de planningsafdeling.
- Alle telefoons en mails die binnenkomen verwerk jij samen met je collega's.
- Je staat in intensief contact met de chauffeurs. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt voor dagelijkse problemen en probeert een passende oplossing te bieden.
- Je volgt de bestaande trajecten op via track & trace en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Klanten kunnen steeds bij jou voor een stand van zaken en jij staat hen uiteraard graag te woord.
- Je stelt het transportdossier nauwkeurig samen en bezorgt alle nodige documenten aan de chauffeurs en klanten.
- Ook alle activiteiten van het personeel (rij-rusttijden, CMR's, etc) noteer jij nauwkeurig.

Verder ben je punctueel en communiceer je op een fijne manier naar collega's en klanten.
