About the Job
Als Sales Coordinator zorg je ervoor dat alle commerciële gegevens, contracten en tarieven correct en tijdig verwerkt worden, zodat de operationele en commerciële processen vlot verlopen.
Jouw taken
- Beheren en correct registreren van commerciële documentatie, zoals servicecontracten, rate items en free time-aanvragen
- Zorgen dat rate items correct worden aangemaakt en gekoppeld aan boekingen vóór vrijgave van containers
- Opvolgen van het dashboard (o.a. niet-geprijsde boekingen) en tijdig actie ondernemen
- Beheren en opvolgen van de mailbox
- Verwerken van aanvragen en archiveringsverzoeken op een efficiënte en correcte manier
- Behandelen van inkomende telefoons en doorverwijzen naar de juiste salescollega’s
- Professioneel opvolgen en oplossen van klantgeschillen
Your Profile
Ben jij de persoon die we zoeken?
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Elke andere taal is mooi meegenomen.
- Nauwkeurigheid en detailgericht zijn, is van groot belang binnen deze functie
- Indien je reeds ervaring hebt met sales administratie is dit mooi meegenomen
- Je hebt een basiskennis van internationale handel en Incoterms
- Sterke kennis van Microsoft Office, vooral Excel
