Voor enkele van onze klanten regio Groot - Antwerpen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Customer Service Representative. In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en een belangrijke schakel tussen sales, magazijn, transportpartners en interne stakeholders.
Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
- Het verwerken en opvolgen van orders van A tot Z.
- Dagelijks contact met klanten via mail & telefoon.
- Coördinatie met het magazijn en transporteurs rond leveringen.
- Oplossen van logistieke issues en proactief informeren van klanten.
- Administratieve opvolging (leverdocumenten, transportdocumenten, ERP-invoer, …)
- Meedenken over optimalisaties binnen het logistieke proces

Your Profile
In de functie van Logistiek Customer Service Representative zijn volgende zaken belangrijk
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in een relevante richting.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook in piekmomenten.
- Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
- Je denkt klantgericht en communiceert helder
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
