Functieomschrijving
Als Expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van transportdossiers en het contact met klanten en partners.
Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Opvolgen en controleren van transport- en douanedocumenten (VGM, certificaten, verzekeringen, etc.)
- Opstellen en tijdig verzenden van verzenddocumenten
- Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, rederijen en instanties
- Aanvragen en controleren van noodzakelijke goedkeuringen en gegevens
- Beheren en up-to-date houden van dossiers in Navitrans en CRM-systemen
- Correct verwerken van kosten in de precalculatie
- Signaleren en escaleren van structurele problemen of klachten
- Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte werking
Your Profile
Als Expediteur herken je jezelf helemaal in onderstaande puntjes
- Bachelor/master diploma (logistiek, maritiem of gelijkaardig) of relevante eerste ervaring als expediteur
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Proactieve, zelfstandige en hands-on ingesteldheid
- Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Oplossingsgericht en flexibel
