About the Job
Als Supervisor Productie zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt het overzicht en springt bij waar nodig.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Je coördineert en bewaakt het productieproces van A tot Z en volgt KPI's kort op

Je begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden

Je volgt de planning nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig

Je verzekert een vlotte overdracht tussen de verschillende shifts

Je ziet toe op hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteit volgens de geldende normen

Je grijpt snel in bij problemen en denkt actief mee aan oplossingen
Your Profile
Jij brengt mee:
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving (voeding is een pluspunt)
- Bereidheid om in een wisselend ploegenstelsel te werken (vroeg/laat)
- Een sterke werkmentaliteit, niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een motiverende leiderschapsstijl
- Een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Het vermogen om meerdere processen tegelijk te overzien
