Technisch Operator Flexodruk / Folieprint – Dagdienst Kempen
Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je interesse in druktechnieken zoals flexodruk? Werk je graag in een stabiele productieomgeving in dagdienst waar kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Technisch Operator Flexoprint misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.
Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf in de Kempen zoeken we een operator die mee wil werken aan het bedrukken van diverse kunststofproducten voor klanten wereldwijd.
Jouw taken als technisch operator
Na een interne opleiding ga je aan de slag met gespecialiseerde drukmachines. Je staat mee in voor het volledige productieproces.
Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
- Instellen en bedienen van flexodruk- en folieprintmachines
- Bedrukken van verschillende kunststofproducten
- Storingen analyseren en oplossen
- Uitvoeren van eerste lijn onderhoud aan machines
- Bewaken van de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces
- Instellen en controleren van machineparameters
- Meewerken aan een efficiënte en veilige productieomgeving
- Actief bijdragen aan een goede teamsfeer op de werkvloer

Jouw profiel
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een technische achtergrond of ervaring in druktechnieken.
- Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:
- Je bent technisch handig en werkt graag met machines
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met flexodruk, druktechnieken of grafische productie
- Ervaring met PMS-kleuren mengen is een plus
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je blijft rustig bij korte deadlines
- Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit
