- Identificeren en opvolgen van toestellen die aan vervanging toe zijn
- Inplannen en uitvoeren van vervangingen bij eindgebruikers
- Klaarmaken en configureren van nieuwe laptops en desktops
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij de opstart en ingebruikname
- Verwerken en bijhouden van assetgegevens in de IT-systemen
- Behandelen van IT-vragen en problemen, en escaleren waar nodig
Your Profile
Wat heb je nodig:
- Eerste ervaring binnen IT-support of endpointbeheer
- Basiskennis van IT-systemen en werkplekomgevingen
- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk in je werk
- Vloeiende kennis Nederlands
- Kennis van assetbeheer of ITSM-processen is een plus
