About the Job
Staat mede in voor het bottelen van 75cl en 1,5l flessen ( spoelen, vullen, sluiten en etiketteren van de flessen) volgens de opgemaakte werkplanning:
- Bouwt de machines om, doet de nodige instellingen en start op
- Ziet toe op een correct verloop van het proces en stuurt bij
- Grijpt in bij haperingen, contacteert eventueel een technieker en legt indien nodig de werkzaamheden stil
- Ziet toe op een voldoende voorraad verpakkingsmaterialen in de bottelarij volgens de productieplanning, signaleert dreigende tekorten en vult de machines met verpakkingsmaterialen aan
- Sorteert en stapelt bakken
- Neemt stalen voor het labo
- Vraagt in enkele gevallen aan de controlekamer het cipproces op te starten
- Registreert afvulgegevens
Bedient de machines aan de 6-pack- en de kartonlijn ( pal/depal, in- en uitpakker, 6-pack, kartonmachines):
- Start de machines op
- Ziet toe op een correct verloop van het proces en stuurt bij
- Grijpt in bij haperingen en signaleert defecten
- Vult de machines met verpakkingsmaterialen aan
- Bouwt de machines om
- Staat in voor de orde en netheid van de werkruimtes
Your Profile
- Je hebt een diploma A2 elektromechanica of je hebt evenveel ervaring als iemand met zo’n diploma.
- Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
- Je bent gedreven en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Ervaring met eenheftruck is een pluspunt.
- Heb je al ervaring in een productieomgeving van een voedingsbedrijf? Extra pluspunt.
