Als bekende speler binnen de etiketten- en krimpverpakkingindustrie bouwen wij elke dag aan kwaliteit, innovatie en vakmanschap. Onze medewerkers vormen hierbij de drijvende kracht.
Voor onze site in Boechout zoeken wij een gedreven
- Team dagelijks aansturen van ongeveer 80 personen
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige werking van de productie.
- Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt medewerkers,
- Je hebt oog voor ontwikkeling, betrokkenheid en teamspirit.
- Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en organiseert het werk op een gestructureerde manier.
- Bij problemen blijf je rustig en grijp je snel en doeltreffend in om de continuïteit te garanderen.
- Je denkt actief mee over proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen en vertaalt ideeën naar concrete acties.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega-teamleaders en andere afdelingen om een vlotte samenwerking te verzekeren.
Your Profile
- Ervaring met productieprocessen binnen een industriële of maakomgeving
- Leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden in een productiecontext
- Inzicht in planning, organisatie en prioriteitenbeheer
- Basiskennis van procesverbetering en continuous improvement
- Kennis van kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig handelen
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, basis Engels
- Voldoende technisch en digitaal inzicht
- Je kan vlot werken met verschillende ERP systemen
