Ben jij op zoek naar meer verantwoordelijkheid maar vind je het fijn om ook je handen uit de mouwen te steken? Als Meewerkend Leidinggevende Operator bij onze klant in Balen krijg je de kans om beide te doen! Je werkt vooral in de late ploeg maar er wordt wel flexibiliteit verwacht om ook af en toe de vroege shift te draaien.
Jouw taken:
- Bevoorraden van de machines
- Opvolgen van het productieproces en ingrijpen waar nodig
- Sturen van de andere operatoren
- Opvolgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
Your Profile
Wat heb je nodig?
- Vloeiende kennis Nederlands
- Ervaring als Operator
- Sterke communicatieskills
- Aandacht voor veiligheid
- Flexibiliteit om tijdens het hoogseizoen (maart-mei) ook af en toe op zaterdag te werken
Education
TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2

- Je werkt vooral in de late ploeg (14u-22u) maar kan ook inspringen in de vroege ploeg (6u-14u) wanneer nodig. Vrijdag zijn de uren: 6u-13u & 14u-20u.

- Op termijn zijn er ook steeds mooie groeimogelijkheden binnen de firma mits een sterke inzet en motivatie.
