Ben jij een gemotiveerde teamleader op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Onze klant in de Antwerpse haven is op zoek naar een teamleader werkplaats en planning.
Als shiftleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- de aansturing van de techniekers;
- de opmaak van de planningen;
- de administratieve verwerking van dossiers;
- Loonregistratie van de techniekers;
- Actualiseren van fiches;
- Maken van bestellingen van stock materiaal;
- Periodiek inplannen van onderhoud;
Your Profile
Als shiftleider breng je volgende kwaliteiten mee:
- Ervaring binnen het aansturen van mensen is een grote plus;
- Bereid zijn om in een shiftsysteem te werken ( 05u-14u en 13u-22u);
- Beschikken over technische kennis of affiniteit;
- Computervaardig en communicatief ingesteld;
- Bereid om te werken in een dynamische omgeving;
- Pro actieve en stressbestendige houding.
