Voor een organisatie in de provincie Antwerpen is USG Professionals op zoek naar een Freelance Recruiter die parttime ondersteuning biedt bij het zoeken en aantrekken van complexe profielen. Je beschikt over ruime ervaring in het actief zoeken en aantrekken van kandidaten via LinkedIn Recruiter en beheert het sollicitatieproces van a-z.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Opstellen van gerichte zoekstrategieën (o.a. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Screenings en sollicitatiegesprekken voeren
- Coördineren van interviews en opvolgen van feedbackmomenten
- Rapporteren over instroom, voortgang en openstaande vacatures
- Meedenken over optimalisatie van sourcing- en recruitmentstrategieën
- Nauw samenwerken met hiring managers
- Opvolging en administratie binnen het rekruteringsproces
- Adviseren rond arbeidsmarkt en talent search
Your Profile
- Je hebt ervaring als recruiter of talent acquisition specialist
- Je hebt sterke expertise in LinkedIn Search en sourcing technieken
- Je hebt ervaring met het zoeken naar complexe of knelpuntprofielen
- Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd
- Je communiceert professioneel en vlot
- Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht
