- Verwerken van de maandelijkse payroll in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
- Beheren van HR-administratie zoals verzekeringen, verloven en ziekte
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers bij vragen rond loon, verlof en policies
- Opvolgen van prestaties en afwezigheden via het tijdsregistratiesysteem
- Meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteren van HR-processen
- Samenwerken met collega’s binnen HR en back-up voorzien over de verschillende domeinen
Your Profile
Wat heb je nodig?
- Ervaring met payroll en HR-administratie
- Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
- Vlot in communicatie met diverse medewerkers
- Interesse om processen te verbeteren en initiatief te nemen
- Ervaring met een sociaal secretariaat, Liantis of tijdsregistratiesystemen is een plus
