Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben jij de motor achter het aantrekken van nieuw talent. Je neemt ownership over het volledige rekruteringsproces en zorgt ervoor dat elke kandidaat zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelt.
- Je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces van intake tot contractvoorstel
- Je adviseert hiring managers en denkt mee over de beste aanpak en strategie
- Je schrijft sterke vacatureteksten en kiest de juiste kanalen
- Je zorgt voor een warme en professionele candidate experience
- Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van recruitment en employer branding
- Je houdt het overzicht in het ATS en zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring (2 jaar) binnen Talent Acquisition
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus)
- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken
- Je houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving en stelt vlot prioriteiten
- Je bent digitaal sterk en gebruikt tools en sociale media doelgericht
- Je neemt initiatief, denkt vooruit en brengt structuur
