Unique Antwerpen zoekt een HR Officer. Jij komt terecht bij een bedrijf actief binnen de sector zee- en kustvaart. Jouw taken bestaan uit:
- Je ondersteunt in de maandelijke loonsverwerking.
- Jij voert administratieve taken uit, zoals het uitvoeren van afwezigheden, en het opmaken van arbeidsovereenkomsten.
- Jij gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten door vacatures te plaatsen, sollicitatiebrieven te beantwoorden, en selecties te maken.
- Je rapporteert aan hoger management.
- Ook volg je de sociale actualiteit op, en adviseer je sociale begeleiding aan personeelsleden.
