Word jij onze nieuwe Business Development Manager binnen infrastructuurprojecten?
Voor een speler actief binnen grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten en technische infrastructuurdiensten zoeken we een Business Development Manager die mee wil bouwen aan duurzame klantenrelaties en de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar bruggen, sluizen, wegen en tunnels centraal staan en waar samenwerking met publieke en industriële klanten essentieel is.
Je werkt vanuit Anderlecht en Puurs en bent actief binnen Vlaanderen, in een technische en projectmatige context met uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten.
Wat houdt de job precies in?
- Je onderhoudt en versterkt bestaande klantenrelaties binnen de infrastructuursector.
- Je detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de markt.
- Je werkt samen met klanten zoals overheidsinstanties en grote infrastructuurbeheerders.
- Je volgt projecten en opportuniteiten op in samenwerking met interne technische teams.
- Je combineert commerciële opvolging met een goed begrip van technische projecten.
- Je bouwt lange termijn relaties op en fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Ervaring in een commerciële functie of een engineer/projectmanager met commerciële interesse.
- Ervaring met de publieke sector is een sterke troef.
- Achtergrond of diploma in elektromechanica is een must.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en luistervaardigheid.
- Stevige persoonlijkheid die zich vlot kan aanpassen aan verschillende stakeholders.
- In staat om bestaande klanten verder uit te bouwen en opportuniteiten te detecteren.
- Bereid om bij te leren, met begeleiding en opleiding waar nodig.
