About the Job

  • Actief opvolgen van offertes en opportuniteiten via mail en telefoon om deze om te zetten naar concrete orders.
  • Zelf initiatief nemen richting klanten om beslissingen te versnellen en commerciële kansen maximaal te benutten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de buitendienst en mee instaan voor het benaderen van warme en lauwe leads.
  • Klanten adviseren en meedenken over oplossingen, alternatieven en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Beheren van meerdere dossiers tegelijk en zorgen voor een gestructureerde opvolging van aanvraag tot bestelling.
  • Eigenaarschap nemen over dossiers door de voortgang op te volgen, knelpunten te signaleren en proactief bij te sturen.
  • Afstemmen met interne diensten rond prijzen, levertermijnen en haalbaarheid.
  • Correct verwerken en opvolgen van orders in het interne systeem.

Your Profile

  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, sales support of customer service is een must.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een vlotte beheersing van het Frans (minimum B1-niveau).
  • Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en klanten professioneel begeleiden.
