About the Job
Ervarig met klantencontact en administratief sterk?
Dan ben JIJ de commercieel medewerker die wij zoeken.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- je bent het eerste contact voor alle klantencontact zowel in het Nederlans als het Frans
- je helpt klanten verder met alles omtrent bestellingen,offertes, facturatie, opvolging van bestellingen, goederen die terug verstuurd worden doe jij ook het nodige voor
- je verleent ondersteuning aan het sales team
- om alles vlot te laten verlopen sta je in contact met je collega's van de productie, logistiek en hou je verschillende balletjes in de lucht
- Je beheert de mailbox en houdt van orde en structuur
Your Profile
Wat zoekt onze klant:
- eerste ervaring op een customer service afdeling
- klantgerichte instelling, je zet de klant op nummer 1 en weet snel je weg te vinden in de processen van het bedrijf
- zeer goede talenkennis Nederlands en zeer goede kennis van de Franse taal
- de MS-office toepassingen zijn je niet vreemd: Word, Excel
