Jouw taken
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en particulieren via telefoon en mail.
- Je legt leverafspraken vast en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op.
- Bij problemen met leveringen luister je, denk je mee en zoek je oplossingen.
- Je springt af en toe het magazijn binnen om documenten op te halen.
- Je houdt administratie bij, zoals ritdocumenten klasseren en overzicht bewaren.
