About the Job
In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële processen niet alleen correct, maar ook efficiënt en toekomstgericht verlopen.
- Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en diverse boekingen op een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier
- Je bereidt maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor en voert deze uit (provisies, afschrijvingen, intercompany, …)
- Je stelt balans- en resultaatrekeningen op, controleert deze en voert reconciliaties uit
- Je ondersteunt bij btw-aangiftes en andere periodieke rapporteringen
- Je bereidt auditdossiers voor en werkt mee aan interne en externe audits
- Je draagt bij aan budgettering, forecasting en commerciële managementrapportering
- Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten (zoals digitalisering en ERP)
- Je fungeert als back-up voor Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable en zorgt voor continuïteit binnen het team
- Je volgt leveranciers- en klantendossiers op en ondersteunt bij betalings- en credit control processen
Your Profile
Jij bent een analytisch en commercieel ingesteld finance profiel dat graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en processen naar een hoger niveau tilt.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen accounting, bij voorkeur met afsluitingen
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van boekhoudprincipes; btw-kennis is een plus
- Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt ownership over je dossiers
- Je bent een teamplayer met een flexibele en ondersteunende ingesteldheid
- Je hebt een proactieve en commercieel gerichte mindset met oog voor optimalisatie
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
