About the Job
Als Facility Medewerker zorg je voor het onderhoud en de functionaliteit van het gebouw en de installaties. Je werkt allround en schakelt met interne en externe partijen om alles soepel te laten verlopen.
Kerntaken:
- Uitvoeren van diverse klus-en onderhoudswerkzaamheden
- Signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen aan machines en installaties
- Beheer en opvolging van IT tickets bij technische storingen
- Coördineren van interne en externe diensten voor onderhoud en herstellingen
- Bestellen van materialen en benodigdheden
- Rapporteren aan de Facility Manager en Operationeel Verantwoordelijke
Your Profile
- Praktisch ongesteld en allround inzetbaar
- Technisch inzicht in machines, IT en alarmsystemen
- Secundair diploma in een technische richting
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands
- Het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat is een vereiste
Education
BSO Beroepsonderwijs 4e graad/A2
