Jouw rol

Je ondersteunt de Contract Manager en het technische team met een nauwkeurige opvolging van offertes, bestellingen, planning en werkorders. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse organisatie.

Jouw taken

  • Offertes bijhouden en ondersteunen bij prijsaanvragen
  • Administratieve en technische ondersteuning van de Contract Manager
  • Back-up voor de Service Desk Operator
  • Bestellingen beheren van A tot Z
  • Interventieaanvragen behandelen en techniekers inplannen
  • Klanten informeren over de voortgang
  • Werkorders afsluiten en planning afstemmen

Your Profile

Jouw profiel

  • Eerste ervaring in administratie, klantcontact of backoffice
  • Affiniteit met techniek/HVAC is een plus
  • Sterk in Office; SAP-kennis is mooi meegenomen
  • Nauwkeurig, klantgericht en stressbestendig
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
  • Proactief, gedreven en iemand die werk ziet liggen
