About the Job

Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Administratief Bediende Weegbrug. In deze gevarieerde (tijdelijke) rol combineer je administratieve taken met weegbrugbeheer. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Je verwelkomt chauffeurs, klanten en bezoekers en begeleidt hen op de productiesite
  • Je verwerkt logistieke en exportdocumenten nauwkeurig in SAP
  • Je beantwoordt telefoons, verdeelt post en biedt operationele ondersteuning
  • Je helpt bij aankooporders en productieplanning

Your Profile

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelordenkniveau met sterke administratieve affiniteit
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem
  • Vlot met MS Office, vooral Excel
  • Goede kennis Nederlands; mondelinge kennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
  • Stressbestendig, analytisch en flexibel ingesteld
  • Bereid om in twee shiften te werken (06u–14u30 / 09u30–18u, week om week)
  • Beschikbaar voor minstens 6 maanden
  • Eigen vervoer vereist
